Leh Ladakh is situated in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is a high-altitude desert region surrounded by the Himalayan and Karakoram mountain ranges. The landscape is characterized by barren mountains, deep valleys, and pristine lakes. The best time to visit Leh Ladakh is during the summer months, from May to September when the weather is relatively mild and the roads are open. Winters are extremely cold, and many areas become inaccessible due to heavy snowfall.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Day 01: Arrival at Leh

Reach Leh in the morning. Meet and greet by your tour executive who will guide you to check in to the pre booked hotel. Freshen up yourself full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3500 mtrs). Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 2

Day 02: Leh – Day Sightseeing

After leisurely breakfast visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery & Stok Palace Museum. Post lunch drive to visit Hall of Fame, Kali Mata (Temple of Guardians in Spituk monastery), Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Point and Sangam (confluence of Indus & Zanskar rivers). Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 3

Day 03: Leh - Nubra Valley Via Khardung La 18,390 Ft. (120 Kms / 4 - 5 Hrs)

After breakfast we drive to Nubra Valley which passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road in The World) at 5,602 Mtrs. / 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of Sumoor area. Later check into a fixed camp in the same area or drive across to Deskit for dinner and overnight stay in a camp.
Day 4

Day 04: Nubra Valley - Leh (120 Kms / 4 - 5 Hrs)

In the morning visit / explore Deskit , Hundar and the Sand Dunes where you can enjoy a short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional on direct payment). Later drive back to Leh, reaching in the late afternoon / evening. On arrival at Leh you will check in to your Hotel. In the evening you can stroll around the market place for some last minute souvenir shopping.
Day 5

Day 05: Leh - Excursion to Pangong Lake - 14,000 Ft. (140 kms / 4 - 5 Hrs One Way)

Early morning full day excursion to Pangong Lake through, Changla pass, 5486 Mtrs. The lake is situated at 4,267 Mtrs. / 14,000 Ft. This famous blue brackish Lake of Pangong is 5/6 Kms wide and over 133 Kms long with half of its running the other side of the "INDO CHINA BORDER". One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable. After sightseeing around the lake, drive back to Leh reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight.
Day 6

Day 06: Departure from Leh

Early morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home.
Inclusions:
Inner line permits.
All transfers, excursions and sightseeing by ac & non ac vehicles, as per itinerary.
Transportation: AC/non-AC SUVs, MUVs, Tempo Traveler, Sedan & Hatchbacks.
Oxygen Cylinder in each vehicle.

Any claim due to natural Calamities such as land slide, road blockage etc.
Additional sightseeing or usages of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary.
AC in vehicle is chargeable.
GST will be applicable as per prevailing rates.
Any extra expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight cancellation / delay / hike in fare, natural calamities or any emergency evacuation.

- Cost difference shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to change in the number of guests, hotel change, itinerary change, etc.
- The hotels/resorts are subject to availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of equivalent standard.
- Climatic conditions in the high altitudes are unpredictable; it is advisable that you take adequate time to get acclimatized to high altitudes.
